HOW TO QUALIFY.  Sign up for a Baggle Premium Account today and begin referring friends and family to do the same. Here is how you can earn cash: 

• You must be a Baggle Premium Account Holder in good standing, which means your subscription payment for the current year has been paid and not cancelled. You may cancel your Premium Account at any time, but any referrals made after your cancellation will not qualify for this Premium Account Referral Program.
• You will receive a payment (via PayPal transfer) of 40% of the referred account's first-year supscription value within 12 weeks of the referred account's start date.  The amount of the payment depends upon the price at which the subscription begins (Baggle may choose to change this price from time to time).  As an example, if a reffered account begins at a rate of $10 per year, you will receive a payment of $4 within 10 weeks of the referred account's start date.
• Trackable referrals can be made by sharing the URL of your Bag(s) with others.  If the referred party clicks on the URL, then a subscription can be traced to your account.  Only the most recent trackable URL clicked will be tracked. So, if a person who clicks your Bag's URL and then clicks another Premium user's Bag URL and later creates a Premium Account - that account would not be attributed to you.  Due to limitations of the Internet, e-mail clients, and Web browsers Baggle cannot guarantee that every referred user who creates a Baggle account will properly be credited to the referring party. 
• There is no limit to the number of referrals and resulting cash payments you can receive through this promotion.
• Account referrals are not retro-active.  If someone clicked your Bag's url before your account was a Premium one and created a Premium account of their own, you will not receive a cash payment.

LIMITS: Sponsors are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit your ability to participate in the promotion or for damage to your system as a result of participation in the promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify the promotion should any computer virus, malfunction or other cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse payment to any user for any reason for abuse of the promotion through any non-standard means of collecting referrals.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: Promotion is open to Premium Baggle Account holders only who have a legitimate PayPal account and can send and receive payments via the PayPal system. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of Baggle.Com, subsidiaries and affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to abide by all terms of these Official Terms applicable thereto. Subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Void where  prohibited.

The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the winners as a result of this promotion are the sole responsibility of the winners. No alteration, substitution, transfer of cash payments permitted by winners.

Any error related to the transfer of funds to you via PayPal will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the payment. 

Winners will be required to grant the Company the right to use their e-mail addresses and/or Baggle UserNames, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the promotion, and all matters related to the promotion.

Sponsors reserve the right to change the terms of this promotion or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
