For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's IP address, but not the e-mail address (where possible).
We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences (such as whether to keep a user logged in across multiple sessions) and record session information.

From time to time, we may make our customer e-mail list available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting (as of September 2004 we have not done this and currently have no plans to do so). If you do not want us to share your e-mail address with other companies or organizations, please let us know by or logging in to your Baggle Bag, clicking the 'Your Account' link, and removing yourself from our e-mail list.
We do not collect postal address information other than city, state and country. This information is used only to allow site visitors to search by last name plus location in order to find a Baggle Bag. Visitors cannot simply search by last name only. They must also know your city of residence in order to locate any of your publicly viewable Baggle Bags. You can enter your postal address into the details of a specific Bag so that visitors to your Bag can know where to ship gift items. This information is not used for mailings or any other purpose.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by or logging in to your Baggle Bag and clicking the 'Your Account' link.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by or logging in to your Baggle Bag and clicking the 'Your Account' link.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
